The original retail purchaser is warranted that construction of this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, under normal residential use as follows:

10 Year Limited Warranty

Ten Year Frame  warranty covers structural failure, which includes broken frame or welds when properly sustained.  Improper assembly or care of the furniture is not covered under warranty.  If the structure of you furniture fails when used under normal residential uses, we will replace it in the original colour and style if it is available.  However, equal value replacement will be offered in the event of product discontinuance at Beka’s discretions.  The original proof of purchase is necessary to claim your product under warranty. 

3 Year Limited Warranty

Three year Finish warranty covers against peeling and blistering under normal use and proper maintenance.  Scratches and chips that are a result of normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.  This warranty does not cover fading or discolouration due to extensive exposure to the elements.  It also does not cover cracking or shattering of glass table tops; damage due to acts of nature, misuse or abuse.  Water allowed to accumulate inside the tubular frames or parts and then exposed to freezing temperatures can cause Damage to the frame and is not covered under warranty.  The original proof of purchase is necessary to claim the product under warranty. 

1 Year Limited Warranty

One year Sling warranty covers against tearing and fading of the sling material under normal use and proper care and maintenance.  This warranty does not cover fading or discolouration due to exposure to harsh chemicals and/or poor maintenance or improper storage of the product, nor does it cover tearing as a result of improper use (ie, standing on the sling) or a tear caused by a sharp or blunt object.  The original proof of purchase is necessary to claim the product under warranty. 

Shipping and handling of the product or parts for repair – when required – will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
