10 year Limited Warranty on Frames

Beka warranties the frame for no less than ten years against rust and breakage (aluminum parts only). This warranty is extended by Beka to the original purchaser when purchased from one of our authorized dealers . If your furniture frame fails structurally (i.e. broken frame or welds) within ten years from date of purchase, we will replace it in the original colour and style if available, or in a similar colour and style if the original has been discontinued. Original proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims.

3 year Limited Warranty on Finish

Beka warranties the finish against peeling, cracking, or blistering for a period of three years under normal use. Scratches and chips resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered. Original proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims.









							Freight Beka will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges within North America for the first year only for all valid warranty claims. After one year, shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the claimant. Exclusions Furniture used for commercial, contract or any other non-residential purposes; clearance items, display models or items purchased ‘as is’; freight damage; damages resulting from improper care or maintenance, acts of nature, vandalism, fire, abuse, or improper assembly are not covered under this warranty. Please note: For proper safety and maintenance of your Beka product, we recommend that the screws and nuts be checked periodically and re-tightened if loose. Loose screws could result in unnecessary breakage and personal injury. Beka’s warranty is VOID and Beka Casting Ltd. and/or Beka Furniture Ltd. is not responsible or liable in any way for parts breakage or personal injury resulting from loose screws and inappropriate use. e.g. leaning the furniture on two legs.
